Shipping Policy

To process and fulfill your order as quickly as possible, we ask that customers fill out the shipping and billing information completely and accurately. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address. If there are any address changes, please contact us before your order is processed.

It is our standard policy and goal to ship packages within 2-3 business days when items are in stock. Occasionally, shipping may be delayed due to high order volume during the holidays or sales events. Please allow for additional shipping time during high-volume sales events.

We will notify customers in advance when items are in low supply and placed on ‘backorder’. Any item listed as ‘backorder’ will ship as soon as it is back in stock.

We offer several shipping options through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Customers can choose from the available shipping options on the checkout page. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shilajit Savings Club subscribers will not be charged a shipping fee with their quarterly shipment. Customers will receive an email notification and a tracking number once the order has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for USPS to update the tracking once it has been received. Customers have the option to sign up for automated email or text notifications located in a drop-down menu on their USPS tracking page.

Returned Shipments

If you wish to return your unopened, undamaged original shipping package, for any reason, please do the following:

1) Label your package ‘return to sender’
2) Return the package to your local postal carrier. You will not incur any extra shipping fee. Prior shipping fees are non-refundable.
3) Please contact us regarding the reason for your return.

Once the product(s) have been received and reviewed, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

International Orders & Additional fees

Due to customs restrictions and regulations, we are unable to determine or guarantee shipping estimates for orders outside the continental United States. First Class International orders can take up to 4-6 weeks.

Please note that, due to unpredictable governmental actions and the unreliability of some national and regional postal delivery services, the shipment and arrival of your purchase is not guaranteed. We will attempt to work equitably with you if this situation arises. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a full refund, since the circumstances are beyond our control.

Our shipping fee does not include any additional custom fees or taxes. All custom, tax, or duty fees, if any, are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest all international customers use the USPS automated email or text updates, located on the tracking page, to help avoid any returns or delays in delivery. If you have any issues with delivery, please contact your local customs office and/or postal carrier and provide them the USPS tracking code for your order.

If you choose not to pay the customs and tax fees, contact your local customs agency or postal carrier and have your package labeled ‘return to sender’. You should not incur any extra fees. Packages must be returned unopened. Opened packages are ineligible for the ‘return to sender’ option. For quicker processing, please contact us with the reason for your return. Once the package has been received and reviewed, all eligible items will be refunded according to our Return & Refund Policy. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

We attempt to verify all addresses before processing. However, if your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will pay the shipping cost to redeliver the order to the correct address.

If your address has changed and you did not contact us for an address change prior to shipping your order, contact your local Post Office for assistance. We are unable to assist customers once the package has been delivered to the address provided.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Occasionally items may be damaged during transit with USPS. If you find that your package has been damaged in shipping, please contact your local postal carrier and bring the damaged items and packaging to make a claim. You may also contact our customer service for assistance within 3 business days of receiving the order. Do not throw the damaged product or package away. USPS requires damaged items to be returned to the post office and we may request photographic proof of damage.

If you receive the wrong items, please leave the products unopened. For a full refund, or exchange of product, please contact [email protected].

If you decide to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you may return unopened, eligible products for a full refund, minus shipping fees. Please refer to our shipping policy for returning unopened packages.
